 al Women in HPC workshop will be held at SC19, Denver, USA with the goal o
 f increasing the recruitment, retention, and success of women in the inter
 national HPC workforce. \n\nThe WHPC workshop series has become the leadin
 g international event on improving equity, diversity and inclusion, provid
 ing all attendees, irrespective of their gender, with the skills to thrive
  in the workplace and the information to build frameworks for diverse recr
 uitment and retention policies and actions. Discussions provide benefits t
 o both the individual, by assisting in personal development and also the e
 mployer as the discussions help improve productivity and workforce retenti
 on. \n\nWHPC@SC19 will focus on the following topics:\n- Surviving difficu
 lt events and how to minimize the impact on  your career\n- Managing and r
 esolving imposter syndrome\n- Building an effective network\n- How to get 
 a new job or promotion \n- Behaviors for inclusion: coping strategies for 
 unconscious bias and micro-aggression \n- Being a parent, guardian and car
 egiver: dealing with the guilt\n- Pointers on making and engaging male all
 ies at workplace\n\nWe will also provide opportunities aimed at promoting 
 and providing women with the skills to thrive in HPC including short light
