 scale systems, consolidating Europe's HPC technology provision and strengt
 hening its vibrant application landscape.\n\nHowever, the ever-changing he
 terogeneous architectures based on different instruction sets (ARM, RISC-V
 , Intel, etc.), including GPUs and other accelerators (FPGAs, optical acce
 lerators, quantum, neuromorphic, etc.), render shaping applications for th
 e next generation HPC systems a Sisyphean task.\n\nEuropean and internatio
 nal experts will discuss the approaches being pursued in Europe and world-
 wide and analyse how various architectures types facilitate sustainable ap
