DESCRIPTION:Birds of a Feather\n\nOpenSHMEM: State of the Union 2019\n\nPo
 ole, Curtis, Si, Pritchard, Shamis\n\nOpenSHMEM is a PGAS API for single-s
 ided asynchronous scalable communications in HPC applications. OpenSHMEM i
 s a community driven standard for this API across multiple architectures/i
 mplementations. This BoF brings together the OpenSHMEM community to presen
 t the latest accomplishments since the release of the 1.4 specification, a
 nd discuss future directions for the OpenSHMEM community as we develop ver
 sion 1.5. The BoF will consist of talks from end-users, implementers, midd
 leware and tool developers to discuss their experiences and plans for usin
 g OpenSHMEM. We will then open the floor for discussion of the specificati
