My background is in utilizing electrical and computer engineering tools in collaborative and multidisciplinary teams. My specific expertise lies in algorithm science, signal processing, and development. This has aided me in working on a variety of teams performing diverse research, from neurology to materials science. I have expertise directly related to the proposed research. My role in Research Computing is to facilitate the use of the supercomputing resources. This includes applying my analysis skills directly to a problem set, such as computing robust statistical pipelines for large datasets in a high performance computing environment, and performing machine learning for research purposes. I have implemented a distributed learning pipeline on our compute cluster to train machine learning algorithms across compute nodes to improve iteration time.
