Craig Manzi is a HPC Systems Specialist at EPCC. After graduating from Edinburgh Napier University studying Computer Networks & Distributed Systems he was the local Computer Officer at Edinburgh University's School of History, Classics and Archaeology before joining EPCC as a HPC Systems Specialist. Craig has primarily been involved in the operation of the UK National Supercomputing service (HECToR/ARCHER/BGQ/Tesseract) in addition to other large scale storage systems (RDF), and other experimental systems such as NextGenIO. Craig also has interests in Dev Ops, monitoring and graphing. Craig has implemented and designed a few side projects to help improve staff and visitor site experience (Electronic Sign in System, Video Wall) and outreach materials such as the Raspberry Pi powered time-lapse camera for new computer room build.
